Every tier and category below exists for one reason: to make sure you’re only paying for what you actually need. A single chair shouldn’t cost the same as a full garage cleanout. That’s not transparency — that’s just fair.

1–2 Item Flat Rate Pricing
Got just one or two items? No need to pay for a full load. Our flat rates cover single-item and two-item pickups — priced by size and weight.

Some items require special handling and disposal and carry an additional surcharge on top of standard load pricing.

Heavy Materials
Materials like concrete, dirt, rock, and roofing materials are significantly heavier than standard junk and require additional labor to load safely. Because these materials reach safe weight limits well before the trailer appears full, a surcharge applies to cover the added time and effort involved. Heavy material surcharges are charged in addition to your standard load price.

Demo Surcharges
Some jobs require dismantling or partial demolition before items can be removed. Our demo surcharges cover the additional labor involved — Basic for smaller disassembly tasks, Moderate for mid-sized projects, and Major for larger or more complex dismantling work. Demo surcharges are charged in addition to your standard load price.
